- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'll start by saying I love pinnacle. It's a great bank. How ever the Dickson location is the worst. Do not use this location. I've had several issues with this bank and I have had to use the Ashland city bank to fix the issues. The staff here is rude and incompetent. They don't listen and don't pay attention. Wouldn't even cash a payroll check I had from work. I ended having to drive all the way to Ashland city to cash my check where they did it with no problem. Do not not use this location.
