- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I love regions ! Best bank out there ! The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because there is a woman that works there by the name of Rebecca fields & she is the MOST UNHELPFUL IDIOTIC Person I've ever met. ! I was having issues with my account & she tells me that it's all my fault. I've given the wrong routing number to 3 different company's that I pay bills to and I've made several payments in the past. She tells me straight up that I'm wrong and I need to fix it. I speak to someone new today , she tells me right off the bat that my account was frozen (I know why it was and that is my fault ) but it's in good standing now ! Her name is Elizabeth and she's great ! Very helpful. Even sent me the info so I could understand what she meant and I was sure that everything was good now ! I recommend regions to anyone , I DO NOT RECCOMEND REBECCA FIELDS SHE OBVIOUSLY DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB !!!By Danielle Langworthy, August 24, 2017
