- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came to Dickson, opened an account with this bank...after being warned by so many people NOT to. I should've listened. There was so many issues and problems to close this account down! SOME of the tellers are RUDE. Actually there was only 1 person that was compliant, helpful and even courteous. My debit card stayed messed up. They never sent me a pin number even after I requested one over and over. I had more issues with using my card. NOT open on Saturdays. This bank is not in the business FOR their customers for sure! I only left one star because I HAD to...this is definitely the worse bank I have ever did business with.By sheila stansel, November 04, 2016
